We had a quite comfortable stay at this good business hotel. We greatly enjoyed big size and cozy room with enough lighting. Location: the venue was next to the restaurant, port, and Mexico.

Our room was quite and incredibly COMFORTABLE with enough lighting and the overall experience was comfortable. We walked everywhere, the location was great, in a semi-industrial area.

The service here was top-notch, and they have convenient on-site parking available.

Amazing, friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even opening gates and parking lots for our boat. Antonio, the bellman, provided fantastic recommendations and the hotel van was a convenient way to get around. Despite a few minor inconveniences like noise and limited amenities, we had a pleasant stay. we highly recommend Holiday Inn Tampico-Altamira.

The hotel staff, especially Antonio, the bellman and driver, were incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations. Their van service was a convenient way to explore the area, from visiting a Starbucks to trying out the best seafood restaurant in town. The staff at the front desk was also fantastic, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at Holiday Inn Tampico. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The lobby facilities, including the sitting room and bar, were very convenient for relaxing after a long day.

My Christmas stay exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate bar in the lobby. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers.

The only downside was the noise level from the nearby road and railway. I recommend requesting a room away from that area if you are a light sleeper.
